When cancer starts in the breast, it is called <a title=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/cancer\/breast\/basic_info\/what-is-breast-cancer.htm\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/cancer\/breast\/basic_info\/what-is-breast-cancer.htm\">breast cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are different symptoms of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/cancer\/breast\/basic_info\/symptoms.htm\">breast cancer <\/a>and some people have no symptoms at all. Symptoms can include any change in the size or the shape of the breast, pain in any area of the breast, nipple discharge other than breast milk (including blood), and a new lump in the breast or underarm.
