Senior Quality Improvement Advisor
Barbara Bond is a senior quality improvement advisor for the Delmarva Foundation where she currently manages the CDC Hemodialysis Collaborative. She has been with the organization for 19 years and has served in a variety of roles including home health quality improvement consultant, lead coordinator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and lead coordinator for the National CMS Home Health Pilot Project. She also served as director of the Home Heath Quality Improvement Organization Support Center (QIOSC) during the 7th SOW. She has also had administrative oversight for Medicare review activities for Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Bond has also been involved in State Medical Assistance contract, Medicare Beneficiary education, and training programs.
